When will my order Ship? TOP
Most orders will ship within 24-48hrs. Some items will need 3-4 days processing time. If so we will notify you of the delay. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day. Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days, while all others arive within 3-7 business days.
Please refer to the chart below, relating to the shipping method used to ship your order, based on the designer line you select.
The shipping guidelines set forth below pertain to orders that are paid for by credit card and assuming that the item you have ordered is in stock in the size and color you selected.
If your purchase order is made up of multiple selections from different Designer Lines then your estimated shipping date will be the furthest business day guideline posted in the chart below. Please note that these are merely guidelines. Jansfashionboutique believes in fast and friendly customer service, and therefore we ship all orders as fast as we possibly can.

Most U.S orders arive within 2-4 business days, others arrive within 2-9 business days. Canadian orders typically take 5-7 business days. All other Countries might range from 5-10 business days. (Some items might be held in Customs)
What is your return policy? TOP
Returns & Exchanges
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unworn item within 14days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a refund, store credit or exchange..
